1. Scope
This notice describes how NDev Studios handles information used for website accounts, Discord sign-in, NDev Premium, enquiries, commissions, payments, delivery and support.
2. Information collected
Depending on how NDev Studios is used, information may include Discord usernames and IDs, display names, server IDs and names, server-access permissions, account timestamps, project requirements, communication history, invoice and payment references, Premium entitlement and server-assignment records, promotional-code activity, support records and technical access details supplied for a project.
3. Discord account and server access
The NDev Studios Account uses Discord sign-in instead of a separate password. During sign-in, NDev Studios receives the Discord identity information and server-access snapshot required to identify the account and determine which Discord servers the user owns or can manage. Discord processes its own account and platform information under its own terms.
5. Project and technical access
Credentials or technical access are requested only when necessary for development, deployment or support. Clients should provide limited-access credentials where possible, avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information and replace credentials after handover where appropriate.
6. Why information is used
Information is used to operate accounts and Premium access, review enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about development, process billing, deliver and support projects, prevent abuse, protect NDev systems and maintain required business records.
8. Retention
Retention depends on the record type. Customer-specific project backups are kept through the 30-day support period and for seven additional days unless continued retention is agreed. Minimal invoice, tax, business or legal records may be retained separately where required. Account, Premium and security records are retained only for as long as they remain needed for the service, account administration, security or required business records.
9. Portfolio and confidentiality
Commissions are not automatically displayed publicly. Client branding, screenshots, private content and project details are only published where explicit permission has been given, and private client assets are not reused without permission.
10. Questions, corrections and rights
Privacy questions, correction requests or requests about information held by NDev Studios can be raised through the official NDev Studios Discord server. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Identity or authority may need to be verified before account or project information is disclosed or changed.
